This lightly salted thyme, oregano and garlic based blend is my version of that (but in a spice blend). It is light and fun.
Think salads, like tomato and watermelon salad, fruit, vegetable skewers, fish, next level potato salad, corn, potatoes, you get the idea.
Make your own salad dressing with it, or add it to chimichurri and salsa verde. Try it even when you are not sure and I bet you’ll knock it out of the park. 😊
