I’ve packed the herbs in with chipotle and black pepper, onion and garlic to create a blend that screams fish and seafood. It’ll liven up pasta dishes too (if that’s your thing 👀).
I’m a turbot, red hind and snapper girl who makes whole fish a lot. Use this blend to season the fish inside and out with, but also add it to your lemon butter sauce to go with.
